Measuring Individual Impact (Referrals + Badges)
Contributor Badges and referrals reflect meaningful input during the testing program. They’re not about activity or volume → they reflect impact.
The goal is to have as many badges as possible. The number of badges and referrals will correlate to your rewards when the time comes.
Impact Score = Badges + Referrals
Referrals
Invite anyone you think could be a valuable addition to the Testing program, and get 1 Referrer badge for each successful invite. Share the onboarding form and ask them to mention your name on the first page.
